Like a lot of other people the last couple pf years I’ve been cooking a lot more at home, using fresh herbs however my knife and chopping skills are not good and I am very slow. These are great solution, especially with Cilantro and Parsley. They are super easy to clean. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I have a pair of these up north and I finally decided I could not do without them here. They make short work out of chopping parsley, cilantro and other leafy herbs. This pair is stainless steel and operates smoothly. Washes clean in seconds. I recommend storing the green pusher-thinger separately. Theoretically it slides over the blades but it’s hard to get back off.

I believe these are at least 5 years old. Sharp as the day I bought them. I use them allot, as I have an herb garden in the summer and an arrow garden in the winter. Just bought them for my daughter for Christmas! Shhhh!

Hard to use if you are trying to chop a small bunch of herbs. Also the leaves and stems get stuck inside the blades of the scissors. It’s a task to clean it. I won’t recommend to buy this. It’s better to use knife instead

The only thing I had trouble with is when I cut parsley the little bits needed to be cleaned out occasionally so that I could continue to cut. Not a big problem, however!!
